Webshop help

You can select the product you wish to buy on the main page of the webshop by clicking on its name or its image. After selecting the product, its datasheet will appear.

After giving the desired quantity (in some cases type) you can place the product into the cart. If the product is successfully placed in the cart, a confirmation notice appears in green background on the upper part of the screen that 'Product successfully added to cart'.

2. Cart

You can check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon in the right-hand corner of the shop header.

You can view the data of the selected products and the sum of the ordered items on the interface.

Here you may increase or reduce quantities or delete products, you can continue shopping by clicking on 'Return to shopping' button in the bottom left corner.

Important: the sum in the cart does not include shipping costs. You can select the personal receipt or delivery options and the relevant cost on the next page. You can find further details in the General Contractual Terms.

If you do not wish to change your orders palced in the cart, you can go on by clicking on button 'Order'.

3. Login

Only registerded customers may purchase in the webshop.

If you have not registered yet, please, give the necessary data after clicking on the 'Registration' button. As the last step of the registration, a confirming e-mail will be sent to your mailbox. Please, click on the activatig link within 24 hours after sending. (Registration provides you further accessibility to the extra services of the webpage.)

Having logged in, please, check the items in the cart, then click onthe 'Order' button.

4. Shipping

Entering delivery and invoicing data, selecting shipment method

Fields indicated with asterix are mandatory.

If you require home delivery, please, include your delivery and invoicing details.

After entering your details, select the method of collection (location) and, in the case of the "delivery by courier" option, the method of payment. Please note that there is a charge for courier or payment on delivery.

Your further requests concerning the purchase can be indicated in box 'Comments on receipt'

Having your data entered push 'Continue'

In case an error message appears on the screen, follow the instructions concerning the missing or defect information

5. Approve

On this page you can check the entered data and the final payable sum and payment method.

In case you wish to modify any data, please, push 'Return'

If you find the data in order, you can place your order by clicking on 'Place your order'

Payment

Paying by bank card, by pushing 'Procede to checkout' you will get to the safe surface of OTP Bank Zrt, where you can pay the final amount. Having made the payment, the Webshop will confirm the validity of the order by sending you a 'Successful order' message.

In case of payment by bank transfer when you click 'Place your order' button we'll send you a message on the Webshop 'Successful Order' that we acknowledge receipt of your order. Please, perform the bank transfer within one working day.

In case of personal receipt, the webshop interface will confirm the validity of the order with a "successful order" message. Please pay for the product at the pick-up location of your choice at the time of the receipt.

6. Order confirmation

Your order details will be confirmed with an automated message containing all the information about your purchase.

Our colleage will contact you through the phone number provided by you within two working days to discuss the details of the order and the receipt.
