Discounted travel on the Funicular on June 4th
To mark the 40th anniversary of the relaunch of the Buda Castle Funicular (inclined cable railway), we are organizing a special promotion! Arrive in late 19th-century attire or 1980s retro fashion and enjoy a discounted ticket on this iconic vehicle of the capital! Just say the password at the cashier: “Funicular40”.
Visitors with a valid Hungarian address card can purchase the discounted domestic ticket, while those without one can buy the standard discounted ticket, whether one-way or return.
