Taking and purchasing a photograph

By purchasing the chairlift ticket, passengers consent to having their photograph taken during the ride by a fixed camera located approximately 50 meters from the upper and lower terminals of the Chairlift. Photographs can be purchased at the snack bar of the Chairlift after providing the appropriate number of the photo and it is going be printed.

Photographs are purchased as well as the not purchased ones will be deleted at the end of the day after closing hours. Only the data controller – the business operator indicated on-site – and its partner, the system operator acting as data processor are entitled to have access the photographs for the purpose of printing and selling them. The photographs are stored anonymously on the system’s server, marked with a number and the time of recording.

In case you would like your photograph to be deleted immediately, you may also request this directly from the staff right after your ride.
