Dear Passengers,
Please be informed that by buying the chairlift ticket you grant your consent to that photographs
be taken of you during your ride on the Zugliget Chairlift, approx. 50 meters before the
disembarking point, in order to allow you to purchase the photos.

By providing the number of the photo, you may purchase the photo taken of you in the cafeteria
room of the Chairlift once the photo had been printed. Information on prices is available
at the counter.

Please note that we are unable to sell you the photos taken of persons who travelled on any
other chair. In accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entering into force on
25th May 2018, we inform our esteemed passengers that the system stores the photographs
in an anonym manner, marked by number and the date thereof, and the photographs may be
accessed exclusively by Clark Picnic Kft. as data controller – (e-mail: janoshegyilibego01@gmail.
com; tel.: +361 797 1097), for the purpose of printing the photos – as well as by EMLÉKBÁZIS
Kft. as data processor - (e-mail: info@emlekbazis.hu; tel.: +3630 951 8373) for the purpose of
taking and storing the photographs, and to delete those from the system.

The photographs are deleted at the end of the day. Upon your request we will delete the photographs
taken of you immediately; you shall make your request for the deletion via the e-mail
