Two ideas have already been implemented from the 40 applications received for this year's Idea Management competition of BKV. Also in this year, Budapest's largest public transport service provider company awarded its employees for their creative, efficiency-enhancing and cost-cutting suggestions.

For 15 years, BKV has been encouraging its employees to proactively participate in the implementation of the company's objectives - efficient, sustainable, high-quality public transport services - with their ideas and suggestions for improvement.
