The salary inequalities between men and women are minimal at BKV, and in some categories, the remuneration figures for female employees are even more favourable than those for male employees - this is the data shown in 2023. BKV joined Amnesty International Hungary's campaign this year as well, aiming to eliminate the gender pay gap.
The transparent and consistent job and wage tariff system based on the so-called HAY method was introduced by BKV in 2018, enabling all employees, regardless of gender, to attain a predictable and competitive salary.
