After completing the degree in civil engineering, he worked for 32 years at METRÓBER Kft. and its legal predecessors for infrastructure investments, first in engineering and later as technical director. Among others, he was involved in preparatory engineering tasks in the construction works of metro line M3, and as project leader in the implementation works of Lágymányosi bridge and the road network in Buda. In addition to his technical director duties he was responsible for the engineering supervision of the implementation of the section of the M7 highway between Balatonszárszó - Ordacsehi, as sector leader.

Between May 2012 and January 2013 he worked as project director for the BKV Zrt. DBR Metro Project Directorate. From February 2013 to August 2015 he was responsible for managing the works of BKK Közút Zrt. Metró4 Project Directorate. Since September 1, 2015 he is the Project Director of Metro Renovation Project Directorate, an organisational entity coordinating the reconstrukction works of metro line M3.

Other professional qualifications: he holds an MBA degree in economics, as well as a general contractor, cost engineer and also has architectural qualification; he is also a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers, with expertise in construction technology and design, technical inspection and technical managering.
