The company provides up-to-date informations on its website about any changes or other informations which would affect the customers. However, due to the reduced opening hours, the waiting time may increase. We would like to ask for your patience and thank you for your understanding!

Dear Customers, we kindly ask you to come to our central Lost and Found office during opening hours. We are unable to serve our passengers beyond the opening hours.
How to get your lost property:
We have to determine the ownership in any case. Please give us the following:
- Date, time and place of your loss.
- Description of the property, e.g. its outlook (colour, size, brand logo, etc.).
In case of doubt, it may be necessary to reveal unique attributes or identifying features which is known only by the owner.
You can get your lost property only in person at 1072 Budapest, Akácfa utca 18.
In order to get your loss property you have to:
- present a document which proves your identity (e.g. personal ID card; or ID card and certificate of domicile together; passport, etc.),
- pay a single handling fee (which equals the actual price of a pre-purchased single ticket).
If the owner is unable to attend, an authorised person with a written authorisation can collect the property.
In case of a minor, his/her parents or guardian can receive the documents or other objects of the child without authorisation but the family relationship, parentage must be proved.
