Payment by bank card

We accept the following cards:

You can pay by bank card at most ticket offices of BKV Zrt.

Important information

  • You can perform purchases by bank card irrespective the type and value of the item(s).
  • You can only pay by a bank card that is featured on the information material provided by the bank.
  • Cashiers request the bank card before giving the tickets or passes to the customer.
  • Cashiers have to verify the genuineness of the bank card with an UV light in every case, in accordance with the bank's rules and regulations.
  • In case the value of the purchase exceeds HUF 20.000, the customer is kindly requested before initiating the transaction to present a personal identification document with a photo and signature to the cashier in a well visible way. Should the customer refuse to do so, the transaction can only be performed in cash.
  • If a PIN is requested by the terminus, you need to enter the combination "green button - PIN - green button", if no PIN is requested, you only have to confirm the amount displayed on the PIN-pad by pressing the green button.
  • After stripping the bank card, before you get the slip to be signed, the cashier compares the last 4 digits of the bank card number with the last 4 digits of the card number on the slip.
  • In case of every bank card, the customer has to sign the first slip and the cashier has to compare the signatures on the slip and on the bank card. The second slip belongs to the customer.
  • The cashier has to give back the bank card and hand over the purchased item(s) and the second slip.
  • In case of a payment with bank card, the reverse side of the tickets and passes will be sealed with a sign "BK" if the beginning date of validity of the pre-purchasable tickets and passes does not correspond to the purchase date. This is important because of the possibility of repurchase.
  • Currently there is no possibility for a payment in a combined way (payment partially in cash and partially by bank card), so you can pay either in cash, a voucher or by bank card.
  • If in case of exchange of passes you have to pay an overcharge, you may pay the difference and the handling charge together in one transaction by bank card.
  • If you buy an full price pass or any other reduced price products by bank card, you may pay them in one transaction, but BKV Zrt. can issue a receipt with the company's name only for the full price pass.

Repurchase in case of payment by bank card

  • Goods with the sign "BK" can be repurchased before the beginning of their validity and can only be repurchased on spots equipped with a bank card terminus. In case of a previous payment with bank card, BKV Zrt. cannot refund cash, the entire amount in question can solely be retransferred to the bank account (the annual pass with a monthly price is an exception).

  • BKV Zrt. can not:

refund cash if the beginning of validity of the pre-purchasable tickets and passes bought by bank card does not correspond to the purchase date. In such cases BKV Zrt. can only retransfer the price to the customer's bank account.
